Service Scope

VPNRT provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage plans and access client and subscription details through the panel. Route options and connection methods are as shown in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account access for third-party websites. You must continue to follow the rules of any service you access; the availability of a route in a particular region does not guarantee that a third-party service will allow access.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. If you notice an unusual login, a leaked subscription, or activity you did not authorize, report it through a support ticket and change your password promptly.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to devices owned by the account holder and does not permit public distribution of subscriptions. Reselling the service, renting out accounts, sharing accounts or subscription links with others, or using a subscription as a commercial proxy service for others is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. See the Plans page for prices and allowances. Check your selection before placing an order. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. You may not use the routes to commit fraud, violate others' rights, distribute illegal content, attack network systems, steal data, or send malicious traffic.

You may not attempt to access another user's account, disrupt service infrastructure, or access systems without authorization. The absence of a device limit does not waive your compliance obligations. VPNRT may apply necessary connection restrictions and investigate as appropriate when conduct could threaten routes or other users.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, route congestion, maintenance, and the status of the destination website. VPNRT does not guarantee that every route will connect at all times, or that third-party platforms will always accept a particular exit region or maintain the same access rules.

If a problem occurs, first check the client status and try another route. Then submit a support ticket with the time of the issue, selected route, and error message. Do not include your password or full subscription details. Maintenance and route changes will be announced through the panel or website.

Responsibility for impacts caused by changes to third-party services, user device failures, or force majeure will be determined according to the actual cause and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or affect rights you have under applicable law.

Refund Policy and Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit a refund request through a support ticket in the user panel and identify the relevant order. You do not need to provide evidence that the service did not meet your expectations.

Refund requests are reviewed against the account, order, and payment records. Keep your order details, and do not submit payment credential passwords in a ticket. The ticket will include updates on the refund status and outcome; no processing or arrival timeframe is promised under these terms. Requests made after the period above will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the specific order.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account is used to resell or share subscriptions, for unlawful purposes, or in a way that threatens service security, VPNRT may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. Any action will be proportionate to the conduct involved. If you disagree with an action, you may explain your position through a support ticket. Account actions do not replace any refund or other obligations required by law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be updated. Important changes affecting billing, refunds, or usage rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. New terms will not retroactively reduce statutory rights for orders already placed. If you have questions about a change, ask through a support ticket before continuing to use the service.
